30-day callback guarantee
What is covered
The guarantee applies to the Full Job Search Sprint (and to bundles that include the Sprint, such as the Fast Track Bundle, for the Sprint component). It does not apply to the Career Launch Kit, 1-on-1 Consultations or stand-alone Recruiter Network plans unless your written confirmation says so.
How it works
- Start date. The 30 days begin on the day we deliver your final Sprint resume and you confirm it (or 5 business days after delivery if we have not heard back), and you start applying.
- Qualifying callback. A callback is a genuine interview request or recruiter screening call from an employer or recruiter for a role you applied to using the Sprint materials. Automated acknowledgements, assessments with no human contact, and unsolicited spam do not count. Callbacks that come through our Recruiter Network introductions count as well.
- Eligibility. To claim, you must have (a) paid for the Sprint (including any instalments due so far), (b) used the delivered resume and LinkedIn changes as written, (c) applied consistently to roles that match the target role and location agreed with us, and (d) be able to share a simple application log (role, company, date) on request. The guarantee does not apply where you are not authorised to work in your target location or where you materially change your target role after delivery.
- Claiming. Email hello@thecareerforge.co within 14 days after the 30-day period ends with the subject “Guarantee claim” and your application log.
- Remedy. If your claim is eligible, we will carry out a full resume rewrite (including the ATS review and keywords for your target role) at no extra charge, normally within 5 business days. One rewrite is provided per Sprint purchase.
The guarantee is a commitment about our resume work. It is not a promise of any particular job, salary or hiring outcome (see the Terms).
Refunds and cancellations

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval (bank times vary) and are for the amount actually paid, less any non-refundable processor fees where the law allows.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law. For example, consumers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right to cancel services bought online; by asking us to start work immediately you agree that the right is lost once the service is fully performed, and if you cancel during the 14 days after work has started we may charge for the work done up to that point.
Split payments
Every plan can be split into smaller payments on request. Split plans carry a small service premium over the one-time price, which we confirm in writing before you pay. Current standard schedules:

- Commitment. A split plan is a commitment to pay the full schedule. Instalments are due on the dates we confirm, usually monthly, starting with the first at purchase.
- Refunds on split plans. The rules above apply to the total paid. If you are due a refund under this policy it is limited to what you have paid, and unpaid instalments for work already started or delivered remain due.
- Missed payments. If an instalment fails, we will contact you; if it remains unpaid after 7 days we may pause further work until it is paid, and the guarantee clock is paused during that time. Persistent non-payment may lead to termination and collection of amounts due for work already delivered.
- Guarantee and instalments. A guarantee claim does not cancel or reduce your instalments; the remedy is the free rewrite.
- Early payoff. You may pay the remaining balance early at any time; we will tell you the exact amount if you ask.
- Payments are handled by Razorpay or PayPal. Currency conversion, bank fees and their own terms may apply.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please email us first at hello@thecareerforge.co; we respond within 2 business days and resolve most issues directly. Filing a chargeback for a service that was delivered may result in suspension of services and we will provide the payment provider with evidence of delivery and these policies.
