Digital coaching services

Because our services involve immediate, personalized work (resume rewrites, LinkedIn audits, 1-on-1 coaching time), we do not offer refunds once work has begun on your Career Launch Kit, Full Job Search Sprint, Recruiter Network, or VIP package.

Before work begins

If you change your mind within 24 hours of payment and before any deliverable has started, email hello@thecareerforge.co for a full refund.

The 30-day callback guarantee

If you complete the Full Job Search Sprint and don't receive at least 3 interview callbacks within 30 days, you're entitled to one complimentary resume rewrite at no additional cost. This is a service guarantee, not a cash refund.

Monthly plans (Career Club, Active Seeker, Done-For-You)

Cancel anytime. You won't be charged for the next billing cycle, and you retain access until the end of your current paid period. No partial-month refunds.

Split payments

If you've arranged a split-payment plan and wish to cancel before completing it, remaining payments are simply not collected — no further charges will be made. Amounts already paid follow the refund terms above based on whether work has begun.

Disputed charges

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at hello@thecareerforge.co before filing a chargeback — we resolve most issues within 24 hours.
