By booking a call, purchasing a service, or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

Our services

CareerForge provides career coaching services including resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview coaching, salary negotiation guidance, and recruiter network introductions. Services are delivered by a solo practitioner and are not affiliated with any of the companies mentioned as client placement examples.

No guarantee of employment

While we provide a callback guarantee on select plans (see our Guarantee below), we do not guarantee job offers or employment outcomes. Results depend on your qualifications, market conditions, and your own effort during the process.

The 30-day guarantee

Full Job Search Sprint clients who complete all deliverables and don't receive at least 3 interview callbacks within 30 days are entitled to one complimentary resume rewrite. This guarantee does not extend to a refund of fees paid.

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (cards) and PayPal. Split-payment arrangements can be made on request at the time of booking. Prices are listed in USD.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Strategy calls can be rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance via your Calendly confirmation email. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no further billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Confidentiality

Any information you share about your career, current employer, or target companies is kept strictly confidential and used only to deliver your coaching services.

Limitation of liability

CareerForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
